Common Technical Questions

My CART keeps the items that I had selected but not bought from my last session.

This feature was put in place so that you can start a shopping session and, if interrupted or delayed, and continue it in your next session. If you empty your basket, then log off and back on again, your cart should be clear. If this doesn’t work then perform the steps noted, but just prior to logging on, clear your cookies and cache for this site, then log back in.

I lost my password.

Please use the Password Recovery sub-menu item within the Account Menu item.

I wanted 8 Color Streak-Less Microfiber Cloths, but cannot combine other quantities to get that number.

In order to keep costs low for our Customers, we use fixed quantity orders. For Color Streak-Less Microfiber Cloths, for example, the fixed quantities are: 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100. The overall order cannot contain a total amount not consistent with these fixed quantities. If you selected 1 cloth, you could select another 1 Cloth and the resulting quantity would equal one of the fixed quantities allowed – 2 and the system will adjust accordingly. In addition, if you select 50, you could select another quantity of 50 and the system will adjust your order to 100.

I cannot see my previous orders.

The biggest reason for this occurring is that a Customer purchased previously under a different id or when they were using the system as a Guest (i.e. not logged in). Should this happen, please CONTACT US using the e-mail form provided, providing the order number and date of the orders in question and we will re-link them to your id and send you an e-Mail when this is completed.

I do not see e-Mail receipts of my orders with Streak-less.com.

Please check to see that your e-Mail program is not incorrectly treating these e-Mails as SPAM. If they are mark them as not being SPAM. If you are still having problems CONTACT US and we will send a test e-mail to your e-Mail to verify its route.

I tried to access the system and it said Down Due To Maintenance, what does that mean?

On a daily basis, primarily in the very early morning EST, the system is momentarily disabled for system maintenance. This should never take more than 10 minutes in duration and is a necessary part of ensuring our system is running at its peak efficiency.

I cannot get the Manual Order Form to load properly.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat (c) installed and accessible for the web browser that you are using. Once this is done you should be able to bring up the form in your browser and then print it. Note, for more advanced users you should be able to enter text directly into the document, save it and print it – saving yourself some writing.
